With almost 25 years of experience in the boating industry; Michael has experience in sales, service, parts, and administration. As a very service-oriented mind, Michael has been able to grow a great name for Pier 41 and Barletta boats in Southwest Florida. Coming to us from Indiana where the Barletta boats are made, he has a great relationship with everyone at Barletta and is very knowledgeable on the product. Mike, his wife, and their three dogs love spending time on the water with their Barletta pontoon boat.

Scott has been in the marine industry for five years but has been working on boats his whole life. Scott has a very service-oriented personality and strives to deliver everything that is asked of him and more. Scott enjoys golf, boating, and watching the sunsets with his wife and three dogs.

Kelsey has enjoyed being on a boat ever since she can remember. She comes to us from Bowling Green, but grew up boating in Coldwater, MI where she has fond memories of tubing with her family. Kelsey has a service-oriented mind that focuses on finding the right part for every job. Kelsey and her boyfriend have three cats and is known as the office “cat-mom.”

Tony comes to us from our manufacturer Barletta Boat Company. He started at Barletta in 2020 and worked his way from a trainee to a sales representative. Tony grew up in Elkhart, Indiana where the Barletta boats are made. He has been on the water ever since he can remember and enjoys surfing, wakeboarding, and especially time on his pontoon with his wife and dog.

In Kade’s off time you will find him either fishing in the Gulf of Mexico or wrenching on a boat. Kade is an avid boater who has been working in the industry since 2010. As a certified Yamah and Mercury technician he can diagnose and answer any outboard question that may arise. Kade has been a local Florida resident his whole life and plans to never move out of state.

Steve comes from Woodstock, IL where he retired from a career long lieutenant paramedic position. Steve has one goal, and it is taking care of the customer. As delivery captain, he will ensure you have the knowledge to confidently conquer the local waters with your pontoon boat. Steve and his wife live in Cape Coral where they enjoy long walks on the beach and time spent with their family on their Barletta.
